Imagine if most of the piano teachers only taught these exercises and called the practice - Piano Class. Why wouldn t the student feel he/she was learning to play the piano? The same goes for Yoga You can teach goal setting skills, but a Yoga student has his or her own idea of what is normal and what the ultimate goal is.

You can, at least, try to meditate, but if you are not receptive to it, you may be best to do it at home in a quiet environment.

So, why bother wasting time in a Yoga class if it just does not suit you? Does it vary by location?
