Yoga involves meditation. The many benefits of meditation cannot be realized by a closed mind. You cannot force yourself to meditate and neither can anybody; not even yoru Yoga teacher. You can, at least, try to meditate, but if you are not receptive to it, you may be best to do it at home in a quiet environment.

So, why bother wasting time in a Yoga class if it just does not suit you? Most experts recommend exercising 3-4 times a week, unless a medical condition prevents it.

As you brush your teeth a minimum of twice a day, that's 6 minutes a day of Brazilian move. The poses for chair yoga are hatha yoga adapted for someone sitting down, or standing an using a chair for support. This is for people who are too stressed out and really suffer serious depressions. Humankind needs time to grow up.
